In a stroke of luck, a 19-year-old Emirati student, Muaath Naser Abdulla, has scooped up Dh25,000 in Jumbo Electronics’ Back to School draw. This annual competition offers one fortunate student the chance to have their school fees covered for the year, and Muaath was the lucky winner.

Muaath, with his eyes set on a bright educational future, plans to utilize this prize money to support his studies at the Higher Colleges of Technology. He aspires to delve into higher-level courses in computer science, programming, and marketing and management sciences. His entry into the draw was secured by making a purchase of over Dh1,000 on essential back-to-school items, which included a laptop and essential antivirus software. Vikas Chadha, the CEO of Jumbo Group, expressed the company’s commitment to nurturing the potential of future generations. He emphasized the importance of education as a key to success and underlined their delight in supporting Muaath Naser as he pursues his career ambitions in the fields of computer science and programming. Additionally, Jumbo Electronics’ Back to School campaign has been showering students with daily prizes, including more than 32 laptops, throughout August 2023.
