Nakheel, a leading real estate developer, has introduced the first set of villas available for purchase on the Palm Jebel Ali island. This island project covers an expansive 13.4 square kilometers, making it twice the size of the renowned Palm Jumeirah. The masterplan for this palm-shaped island was unveiled earlier this year by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
These eagerly awaited villas are situated on four fronds and include Coral and Beach villas, each offering eight unique styles. Inspired by the natural beauty of the surroundings, the designs capture the serenity of blue waters and white beaches, creating an atmosphere of pristine nature for residents to enjoy. Nakheel’s chief commercial officer, Rasha Hasan, expressed excitement about the project’s launch, highlighting its transformative role in shaping the city’s future and elevating waterfront living to a global standard. The villas feature floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of private beaches, a soft and neutral color palette, luxurious finishes, and green streetscapes with ample shading. Palm Jebel Ali, centrally located within Dubai’s future growth center, is set to become a world-class lifestyle destination with extensive green spaces, hotels, resorts, and unique retail and dining experiences, marking the start of a new growth corridor in alignment with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
