Great news for travelers! Visitors from 82 different countries can now enter the UAE without needing a visa in advance.

If you’re from one of these countries, you can get either a 30-day entry visa (which can be extended for 10 days) or a 90-day visa upon arrival. If you’re a citizen of a GCC country, you can enter using your passport or Identity Card, and you don’t need a visa or a sponsor.

For Indian citizens with an ordinary passport, a 14-day entry visa is granted upon arrival, which can be extended for another 14 days. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date, and you’ll need a visit visa or permanent residency card from the US, UK, or an EU country.

Visitors who aren’t eligible for visa-free entry or an arrival visa will need an entry permit issued by their sponsor before they enter the UAE. The purpose of your visit determines if you need this permit, so it’s good to check.
