Dubai is taking a giant leap into the future with the establishment of the Dubai AI and Web 3.0 Campus, a hub for cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and Web3.0. This initiative is expected to lure more than 500 companies and generate over 3,000 jobs in the city by 2028, according to Mohammad AlBlooshi, CEO of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Innovation Hub.

The campus, situated in the DIFC Innovation One premises, spans over 100,000 square feet and will feature research and development facilities, accelerator programs, and collaborative workspaces. It aims to attract, nurture, and support innovative firms in the region. Dubai’s strong regulatory framework and vision to become a global leader in AI and Web3.0 technology make this endeavor even more promising.

Dubai is already renowned for its thriving financial ecosystem and now seeks to become a magnet for technology-focused companies. The issuance of licenses for companies to operate within the campus has already commenced, with the physical campus expected to be ready in the near future. This move aligns with Dubai’s aspiration to be the preferred business destination for tech-driven enterprises and to welcome a diverse array of investors to the region.
